Our tenants continue to rise to the occasion to provide their essential goods and services during the COVID-19 pandemic and to do their part in helping America fight the virus. Given their financial strength and the record-breaking demand they are experiencing, each of our tenants paid 100% of their rent for this past month.

Our tenants have been tailoring their operations to protect the American people in the face of the crisis, and they have been expanding their teams to meet the surge in demand. In addition, they are generously committing resources to aid the vulnerable and those who have been negatively impacted by this crisis.

CVS Health Supports COVID-19 Relief Efforts With Nearly $1.5 Million in Grants to California Nonprofits

CVS Health is re-purposing $1.5 million of its COVID-19 relief efforts to provide grants to four California nonprofit organizations to support the expansion of access to telehealth services, address food insecurity among California’s most vulnerable populations, and support the state’s paramedics and EMTs.

Dollar General Announces Additional $25 Million Investment in Employee Appreciation Bonuses
