PASADENA, Calif. - ExchangeRight, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of securitized 1031-exchangeable real estate investments, has announced the appointment of Weldon Evans as senior vice president over the Eastern region. Evans’s responsibilities will include overseeing the marketing of the company’s private placement offerings. Evans joins ExchangeRight with a specialization in brokerage, marketing, and management services.

Prior to joining ExchangeRight, Evans served in senior positions at Preferred Apartment Communities, Waypoint Financial Group, Bank of America Capital Management, and American International Group. He currently maintains Series 6, 7, 22, 26, 63, and 65 licenses and received a Bachelor of Arts in business, management, marketing, and related support services from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
